About the role

As a brand and communications team, we combine strategy, storytelling and design to create bespoke and resilient narratives that help companies make meaningful connections with their audiences.

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will use strategic and research methods to guide companies through moments of transformation, helping them create a shared language around new complexities, while also laying the foundation for strong creative solutions.

The ideal candidate will:

  • be able to independently deliver project strategy from beginning to end
  • be able to lead and collaborate as part of the creative design process
  • be responsive to the needs of both external and internal stakeholders, crafting processes and outcomes in a way that speaks to each project’s needs

The strategic work will be divided in roughly three parts

  1. Scope, plan, design, and lead strategic phases for our brand and communications work — from conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops, to building brand strategies and frameworks
  2. Work alongside brand designers, art directors and copywriters to ideate and build creative concepts across a wide range of outputs (brand strategies, brand identities, films, digital scenarios, communication strategies and more)
  3. Consolidate all findings and insights in well-written, clear and aspirational strategic work that can either stand alone, or serve as the foundation for further creative work

Qualifications

  • 5+ years full-time experience in a branding or design studio
  • Experience with leading and scoping strategy work within creative digital design, branding and/or comms projects
  • Proven ability to independently conceive of and develop solid strategic foundations for creative projects, including brand narratives, value propositions and messaging frameworks
  • Ability to create excitement around opportunity spaces and trends, and communicate those to both creative and corporate audiences. Experience with tech- and digital product- strategy is particularly desirable!
  • Excellent storytelling capabilities, with a knack for translating complex ideas into concise yet compelling narratives
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)
