About the role

We’re looking for a full-stack developer to join our team in Oslo or Bonn. If you’re eager to learn new things, solve complex problems, and are excited about making people’s lives better with technology, you’ll fit right in at B&B!

At B&B, we take pride in creating outstanding products and services by constantly experimenting and testing new technologies. We’re not fixed on any one language or tech stack—you’re free to choose the best tools for the job. We work with a wide range of technologies tailored to fit our clients' unique needs and requirements. Our team includes both developers who excel at strategic architecture planning and those who would rather spend time optimising inner loops.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of front-end or full-stack development experience
• Proficiency in React frameworks, such as Next.js or Remix
• Ability to work within interdisciplinary teams and communicate directly with clients
• Strong self-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Nice to have, but not a must:

• Familiarity with design systems
• Experience working with Node.js, Python, or other back-end technologies
• Enjoy designing, documenting, and supporting APIs
• Have implemented front-end animations using tools like Framer Motion or CSS
• Relevant university degree (e.g., Computer Science)
